Chichester Harbour at Itchenor

Itchenor is a beautiful sailing village on the Eastern shoreline of Chichester Harbour. With its picturesque views of Bosham across the mouth of the Birdham Channel, it's easy to see why so many people come to Itchenor - either as a second home or just to enjoy the sailing opportunities in the harbour.

The tides in the area make 24-hour launching possible, and the yachting facilities are second-to-none. It's also home to the Chichester Harbour Conservancy which looks after the harbour as a nature reserve. The Conservancy's hard work ensures that visitors to the harbour can enjoy a variety of activities whilst respecting the wildlife in the area. Families looking to explore the area can take the tiny Itchenor Ferry for a few minutes, or take a full tour of the harbour from Itchenor.

If you're lucky, you might even spot a few families of dolphins during your visit! Visiting Itchenor is a great way to enjoy a break with your family. With its stunning views and variety of activities, it's the perfect destination for a memorable holiday.
