What's on in May!

It's been a fantastic month here at the Ship and we've had an absolute blast - from singing sea shanties to testing our knowledge at quiz night, it's been nothing short of a rollicking good time. the Fishermans Tale evening was a huge success, with everyone joining in. Were already planning another evening of sea shanties!

Our Quiz Nights have been a barrel of laughs, with our quizmaster, Andrew giving away clues on our socials. The Itchy Bits are the team to beat next week! Don't miss your chance to snag some awesome prizes and of course a fantastic evening putting your knowledge to the test. There are two Bank Holidays coming up in May, we'll be open throughout with lots of great spots around the pub for you to settle in with family and friends, enjoy delicious meal and great refreshments. The sun is making an appearance. Join us at The Ship for some good old-fashioned fun in the sun, with family and friends.

Our New Menu launches on the 7th of May! " I've kept all your suggestions in mind when putting our new menu together and it's been a collaborative and creative experience with our local suppliers to ensure the freshest, most local ingredients can be sourced for these dishes. I've enjoyed trailing various specials and hearing your thoughts. We'll have a lunch menu as well as a dinner menu, and we'll keep running our seasonal specials along-side both menus. Look forward to a menu filled with traditional pub classic, plus a few of my personal favorites. Do book a table to join is for a meal soon! - Jon
