The Ship on Fire 🔥 – Series One – Book Now
On Saturday 5th September, the Ship is hosting its first in a series of ‘fire and smoke’ inspired evenings. Low’nSlow from Texas, Asado Grill from Argentina and Braais from South Africa are all in the pipeline
For this first in the series, we’re welcoming a ‘Texas meets the Harbour’ cookout by the Spruit family. Their take on low and slow American South draws on the bold flavours and time-honoured techniques of Texas BBQ, with inspiration from pitmasters such as Aaron Franklin and some of London’s best BBQ spots, including Smokestak and Black Cactus BBQ. They’re putting their own spin on the feast.
Expect brisket smoked for 12+ hours, pulled pork, tiger prawns, all the proper sides, pickles, hot sauces and plenty of fire topped off with a shot of Bourbon.
